Padilla and Company, LLP assists New York small business companies by preparing business plans and feasibility studies for starting a small business company, as well as, New York small businesses that want to expand their existing operations, expand to new markets, or venture to a new line of business.

We also provide technical assistance for acquiring a small business grant loan through loan packaging. We help small businesses obtain low-interest loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) via the New York SBA office and also from the New York City revolving loan fund.

We assist NY small business companies in applying for and obtaining their Minority / Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) certification with the New York State and New York City. We also provide assistance for the SBA 8a certification which is covered by the SBA's 8(a) Business Development Program.

We help small business startup companies make a selection of the type of business they will go into, whether it is a sole-proprietorship, a partnership, or a corporation with any of the variations available. This also includes incorporation and registration of the small business at the designated New York State and New York City agencies.

In relation to our accounting services, we also provide NY small business companies bookkeeping and tax services for their initial and continuing operations.
